Casting Call 1 x 0:30 TV/Digital SaskTel Commercial - Multiple SOC Roles

Play Creative is casting multiple actors to be in SaskTel’s 2026 Black Friday commercial! We’ll be casting roles to include variety, diversity, and overall representation of SaskTel’s customers, so if you are within the age range listed below, book an audition! Actors of all ethnicities, abilities, and gender identities are encouraged to audition.

INFORMATION

SELF TAPES DUE: Wednesday October 7th, 2026 @ 9:00 AM

SHOOT DAY: Friday, October 23, 2026 Cast must have full availability on the shooting day.

FILMING LOCATION: Regina, SK

UNION: Auditions are open to ACTRA and non-union talent. Only Canadian Citizens or permanent residents are eligible to be hired as it is an ACTRA Local & Regional Commercial

COMPENSATION: ACTRA Local & Regional Scale

SELF-TAPE INSTRUCTIONS

- Please begin by stating your NAME, HEIGHT, REPRESENTATION (agency or non-represented), WHERE YOU LIVE, and IF YOU ARE AN ACTRA MEMBER. Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do day-to-day.

-Please film horizontally, chest up.

-Make sure you are in a well-lit environment, facing a light source so we can see you.

PLEASE FILM YOURSELF DOING THE FOLLOWING:
-Looking directly into the camera, neutral expression, closed mouth smile, open mouth smile(showing teeth)

-side profile (Left & Right)

-While looking directly into the camera and holding your gaze throughout(yes, you can blink), begin with a neutral expression and go into a smile while nodding your head up and down in a “yes” motion. You may reset to a neutral expression and do a few takes of this if you want to.
